The Price Is Right - Live Stage Show New Haven Theatre reviews
Not what we expected
This was a birthday gift to my mother who watches the price is right on a daily basis. She was so excited for this live show.
However some major flaws.
1. you send out an email telling people to be at the venue at 2 o’clock to register to be a contestant (when we assumed that anyone who bought tickets in the main area would be) And then we find out later that we could have been there half an hour before the doors opened and registered at that time.
2. Although advertised as such, The prizes were NOT comparable to what we see on TV.
3. for the showcase, the only way to win the ENTIRE showcase was to be within $100 of the actual price. and how could a car and two trips be under 22k?
4. Only 5 games ployed and only one set of spins of the big wheel.
5. The Contestants who didnt get on stage got a TOTE BAG? Very cheap on your part. At least give a prize pack with more goodies than that.
6. Finally, if you are going to tell people to be there at 2 o’clock to register, then you should open the doors at a decent interval after so that We could get food and drink. Instead the doors opened one hour before the show started. This was a wasted opportunity for the HE B Center Because most of us left to eat at local restaurants instead.
Overall very dissatisfied with the experience. I would not do it again
